Terms of Service

By accessing or using Pluk, provided via https://pluk.sh and our macOS application, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.

Pluk grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to use the software on macOS devices you own or control.

• Account Security. We use WorkOS for authentication. You are responsible for safeguarding your account and agree not to disclose your credentials to any third party.
• Restrictions. You may not decompile, reverse engineer, or attempt to extract the source code of Pluk.

Pluk utilizes Amazon Bedrock and GLM models to provide natural language-to-SQL capabilities.

• Review Required. AI-generated queries are suggestions. You are solely responsible for reviewing and testing all queries before execution.
• Liability. Pluk is not liable for any data loss, corruption, or unintended database modifications resulting from the use of AI-generated content.

• Processing. All payments are handled securely via Stripe. By subscribing or purchasing a license, you agree to Stripe’s terms and conditions.
• Refunds. Except as required by law, all fees are non-refundable.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pluk shall not be liable for any indirect, punitive, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the Service or any unauthorized access to your databases.
