Privacy Policy

• Database Credentials.Your database passwords and SSH keys are stored locally in your macOS Keychain. They are never sent to Pluk’s servers.
• Database Content. Pluk connects directly from your machine to your database. Your table data (rows/records) never passes through our infrastructure.

• Identity (WorkOS). We use WorkOS to manage logins. We store your email address and basic profile info to manage your account and license.
• Payments (Stripe). We use Stripe for billing. We do not store your credit card details; they are handled entirely by Stripe.
• AI Metadata (Bedrock & GLM). When using AI features, Pluk sends schema metadata (table and column names) to Amazon Bedrock or GLM models to generate SQL. Your actual database records are never sent to these models.
• Telemetry. We collect anonymous usage statistics and crash reports to improve the app. You can disable this in the App Preferences.

• No AI Training. Per our agreements with our AI infrastructure providers (Amazon Bedrock), your metadata is processed in a secure environment and is not used to train foundation models.
• Encryption. All data transmitted between the Pluk app and our service providers is encrypted via industry-standard TLS/SSL.

To provide our service, we engage the following trusted partners:

• WorkOS — Authentication and Identity Management.
• Stripe — Payment Processing.
• Amazon Web Services (Bedrock) — AI Infrastructure.
• GLM — Language Model Processing.
